Spencer Littman concentrates her practice on criminal defense, workers compensation, and real estate. Ms. Littman represents many of these clients throughout New York State in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties in addition to the five boroughs. Ms. Littman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a minor in Political Science from the University at Buffalo in 2013. Ms. Littman received her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School in 2017. Ms. Littman spent six years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. During her time there she investigated and prosecuted violation, misdemeanor and felony cases in village, town and city courts. Ms. Littman collaborated with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, laboratory analysts, social service agencies, community organizations, witnesses, and victims. Ms. Littman is dedicated to employing her expertise to advocate for justice and safeguard the rights of individuals. Her journey from public prosecution to private practice reflects her commitment to upholding the law and ensuring a fair legal process for all.
