Daniella Pascaru concentrates her practice on personal injury, workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability. Ms. Pascaru represents many of these clients throughout New York state in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties in addition to the five boroughs. During law school, Ms. Pascaru maintained a full course load while also clerking for a large Westchester County law firm. In addition, she held a judicial externship with Judge Alfieri in Rockland County Supreme Court. Ms. Pascaru graduated from Seton Hall University, magna cum laude, in 2014 where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice, with a double minor in diplomacy and international relations and Spanish. She graduated from Pace Law School in 2017 with a Juris Doctor. She is admitted to practice in New York.
